Okay, all of the reviews I have read on this have been from the ladies, so I guess there has to be a first for the guys. LOL I know I am not the ONLY guy that has read it. :) Anyway, this book is not for one with a soft heart; then again, maybe it is. This story is basically about four people, Suzanne, Nicholas, Matt, and last, but certainly not least, Katie. It is a love story, a story about what's important in life, and about how most of us tend to take the important things, or people, for granted, and concentrate on the things which are secondary. Before you know it, what you truly hold dear is gone before you know it. I won't tell you GUYS to grab a box of Kleenex when you read it, but let's just say you are dead if the story doesn't touch you. (Okay, grab the Kleenex, I won't tell) A wonderful story that makes me want to end up being more like Matt every day.

Again, Patterson blows me away with his writing. This is a quick, easy read, but emotionally deep. Great book.

I think I actually love this book. What a wonderful story, although heartbreaking for parents to read. I would consider the ending surprising, although I never see anything coming in stories! Great read, again, by James Patterson!

This book was an easy read and I cried from about the middle to the end. Heartwrenching, yet happy.

Very romantic and sweet book. Wasn't expecting it to end the way it did. I finished it in 1 day because I couldn't put it down.

It'll bring you to tears. Surprisingly, this book is written by a man, from a woman's standpoint and very poingnant. I couldn't put it down until I'd read it all.

Picked this book up a few years ago in an airport to pass the time on a flight to New Orleans. Looked like a complete JACK*** because I was crying on the plane. Incredibly moving, wonderful story...(Probably best read at home with a box of kleenex, instead of in public with 200+ pairs of eyes wondering what the Hell is wrong with you). :) Highly recommended.

A little different for James Patterson, but I'd heard of this story and was looking for it for a long time. I'm glad I found it and read it. It was sad but happy too.

Different from most of Patterson's but written in his excellent style. You'll need a box of tissues for this one.

One of the best books I have read. I really enjoyed this book. If you have read Sam's Letters to Jennifer, also by this author you will LOVE this book.
