Charlie and Maggie set up their best friends on a blind date. It turns out though, that they are the ones who click! They have chemistry right from the start and then have to each decide that being alone, which is what they both SAY they want, may not really be the truth. Fast read!

This is book #2 of a series of 3. The other titles are #1 - Nine Month Plan & #3 - Bride needs Groom...also wonderful books!!

Maggie is best buddies with Dominic. Charlie is best friends with Julie. Through the magic of the Internet, they set up their pals on the most romantic blind date ever. Naturally, Maggie and Charlie tag along for moral support-what are best friends for? Yet when the two matchmakers meet, their concerns for their charges take a backseat. As Maggie looks at Charlie, she thinks she feels the earth move. Laying his eyes on his fellow Cupid, all Charlie can think about is kissing her delectable mouth. Shes involved with someone. Hes Manhattans most committed bachelor. What will it take for a pair of modern matchmakers to realize this simple truth: that when it comes to finding a soul mate, true love can be found when you least expect it?

Fun chick lit. Slightly steamy and silly. I enjoyed it and couldn't wait to finish it, even though the outcome was pretty predictable.

Another one of Wendy Markham's wonderful books that I didn't want to put down.

Maggie is convinced she can find the perfect wife for her b.f. Dom on matchmocha.com. Charlie is convinced he can find the perfect husband for his b.f. Julie on matchmocha.com. Finding love, however, works the old fashion way.

About the Author: Wendy Markham's first and last blind date took place twenty-odd years ago, when she accompanied a silent boy named Lenny to the movie XANADU. She feels fortunate never to have seen the movie--or her date--again. Now happily marrked to Mark--whose father, in a cosmic coincidence, is named Lenny--Wendy lives, writes, and bakes chocolate desserts for her two young children in suburban New York. Wendy's alter-ego, Wendy Corsi Staub, is a NEW YORK TIMES bestselling author of suspense novels.
