This is a great mystery novel. It makes you want to stay up at night to finish the last 100 pages to solve the mystery. A must read.

The Women's Murder Club faces an unspeakable horror in the most gripping medical and legal thriller in years. A young mother is recuperating in a San Francisco hospital when she suddenly gasps for breath and dies. Doctors are completely mystified as other recovering patients inexplicably become dealy ill. Accompanied by the newest member of the Women's Murder Club, Lieutenant Lindsay Boxer probes deeper into the deaths and hunts a merciless killer. The book reporter.com said "Those who haven't read any of the novels in the Women's Murder Club series are cheating themselves." That says it all.

While this is a definite must read in the series, it's by far the worst Unlike most of the others,which I read in a few hours at most, this one took several days to get through.
This man keeps writing better books each time he puts pen to paer.
The Woman's murder group is a great mix of friends who love each other and will go to the wall for a friend. Each has their own issues as we all do and that is what makes it so much fun to read. The mysteries are not easily solvable for the reader that keeps me always interested in Lindsay and her sidekicks.
