This book from the series is a little more somber than the others but it was still as enjoyable as the rest. It gets a 4 out of 5.

Emily is sent to Red China as a member of a tour...her mission seems impossible but her resourcefulness knows no bounds. I enjoyed it thoroughly. A quick read too.

This series is excellent and surprising. An unusual book because it is about a CIA operative who is well past the age you would normally expect to find. This is because Mrs. Pollifax didn't start until after her kids were raised with kids of their own and she was a widow finding life dull and boring. Her life is anything but now as she circles the globe finding adventure and risk wherever she goes. This is the sixth book in the series.

Older version of the book. It's Mrs. Polifax, what else needs to be said. Always a great read.
