Drusilla Delany, a poor vicar's daughter becomes heir to a fabulous bejewelled fan, but though priceless and beautiful-it comes with a curse. Drusilla travels to India where she becomes involved with the bloody Sepoy Mutiny, and soon begins to see the legacy of the curse!!
