An excellent read. Follett is a master in this area.

Another great Follett thriller. He keeps you guessing until halfway through the book just what is about to happen to this Clipper "flying boat" and who the bad guys really are. From that point on, it's very hard to put down.

High society and low life's on their way to neutral America in 1939 aboard the final flight of the Pan Am clipper. Good Follet mystery of intrigue, betrayal and violence

Excellent book from a terrific writer. Set in 1939 when England was at war with the Nazis. This book has all the best of Follet going for it.

I don't think I've ever read anything by Follett that I haven't liked. I highly recommend this book. It sounded boring when my sister first described it to me, but it is a good book!

One of Follett's more enjoyable books. I really felt like I knew the characters in this one.

This is a wonderful book, filled with the details & plot & character development that Ken Follett is known for. Story is set in 1939 about the Pan Am Clipper. Spine is creased & there is a crease in the front cover. Book overall in very good, readable condition. 524 pgs; publ. 1992.
