* Do you have a tendency to gain weight easily, or if you lose weight, to gain it back again?

Very good diet. I love getting 1 reward meal per day. And it's much easier than the Atkins diet.

This book actually helped me realize and get treatment for the health problems behind my weight gain. It is a great diet for women with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome as it deals with one of the main causes/symptoms of the syndrome: insulin resistance. This whole diet is geared toward helping your body utilize carbohydrates correctly, not cutting them out completely. Good news for those of us who can't live with out our bread and pasta!
