I enjoyed this book more than Desperation. Extremely fast pace and a page turner. More characters to get to know.

Boys and their toys become frightening real. The sound of an engine revving makes the hair stand up on my neck.

Going hand in hand with Stephen King's 'Desperation,' 'The Regulators' is one of the funnest, wildest, most harrowing stories I've read. If you like stories where a bunch of people are trapped in a truely extraordinary situation, then give this one a go!

The TITLE, AUTHOR, ISBN and BOOK TYPE all match, but the photo on the front does not match. The book I have highligts RICHARD BACHMAN as the author instead of STEPHEN KING, even though BACHMAN is KING's pseudonym or doppleganger however you prefer. ONLY THE COVER IS DIFFERENT. But this is an awesome book and a must read for all Bachman and King fans.

WOW- this book will leave you on the edge of your seat. Poplar St will never be the same after the red van shows up---will you?

There's a place in Wentworth, Ohio where summer is in full swing. It's called Poplar Street. Up until now, its been a nice place to live. The idling red van around the corner is about to change all that. Let the battle against evil begin.

A "companion" piece to Stephen King's novel "Desparation".
