This 4th book in the chocoholic series was definitely one of the best. The author's writing has improved greatly since the first installment in this series, the characterization and their relationships have developed further and the plot was more complex. Very well done!

A movie director comes to town to make a movie about a gangster who stayed there in the late 20's, a farmer is found dead under a pile of pumpkins, and suddenly people begin to disappear. Are any of these events connected? Can Lee solve the mystery of the chocolate puppy puzzle?

Excellent story, enjoyed very much. Like the characters and watching them develop over time with each story.

A fun mystery in a series. In this one a young woman and her aunt solve a murder mystery involving a man that comes to town offering parts in a movie. Lee is sure it's a scam right from the first and after a murder in town, is sure he's the culprit.

I really enjoyed this mystery; the whole puppy angle was not only clever, but funny and not always easy to figure out.
