455 pages - not 16. A very good cookbook following the WW plan. If you are using the points system, you will have to calculate them, but its easy to do.

I was on WW about 25 years ago. I gained the freshman FIFTY and my mother was on WW at the time. It was easy to follow because I went to a commuter college and my mother made my lunches and dinners. But it really had a lasting impact on me. To this day I'm really a somewhat vegetarian because on WW you could eat unlimited vegetables or four ounces of certain vegetables, which is really a lot. But it's dated; it was written in 1984. There really are no recipes for me, but maybe someone else would appreciate it.

I liked finding recipes that are not to feed a family of 12. Being single, there are very few foods I want to eat 7 more times in a week and the freezer will only hold so much.
