This was my first romance novel and I am now on the 2nd of the Three Sisters Island trilogy, by Nora Roberts. Such guilty pleasure and a nice break from the self-help and non-fiction that I generally read. Nora Roberts is a fantastic writer who makes you feel like you are part of the cast of characters that she writes about!
Highly recommend this book.

Story about 3 woman who find that they are descendents of the the witches of Salem Massachusetts - that made the Three Sisters Island - and how they learn to deal with there powers and their romances. The first one is about Air - and her determination to leave the man that torments her!

This book is the first in a series of three. I loved the storyline and romance. It's about a curse put on an island located off the coast of Mass., in 1692, by three witches, and the decendants adventures. Good reading.

The first book in the Three Sisters Island trilogy.Set on a remote, rocky island off the coast of Massachusetts, steeped in history, romance, and legend, this is an unforgettable tale of frienship, fate, and the way of the heart.

Kristina G. (So although I am a devoted Elizabeth Lowell fan, I must admit, Nora Roberts drew me in, tied me up and left me to roast!! I couldn't put this book down long enough. The clinic where my doctor is was 2 hours behind and I couldn't complain one bit - I got to read this book while I was waiting. I didn't even realize I'd been there 3 hours until it was time to leave and I saw the clock radio in the car...
This book is enthralling, well moving and exceptionally written. You will be amazed at how you get sucked in to the story and plot of the Three Sisters. If you like it as much as I do, you'll be upset it ends and the other two novels aren't included in the same binding!!
Easy to say this, but I give it 5 stars!
This is one of my favorite series from Nora Robert. She truly is a spectacular author.
Very good, great characters and location. I couldn't wait for book two. The best of the trilogy, it turns out.
I really enjoyed this series. It was quick moving & kept me addicted to the book. Would recommend it to anyone who like things a little witchy
