Always a pleasure to read Robert B Parker.... no disappoint. Super read.

Brady B. from SOUTHINGTON, CT wrote on 3/11/2007...A great addition to Parker's Sunny Randall series. Sunny is hired to protect a female novelist (think Jackie Collins) from her ex-husband, a shrink. What do you think Sunny does? Yep, becomes his patient. Check this one out for sure, I loved it.
I especially enjoyed this story. It had seemed to me that Jesse Stone and Sunny Randall were very similar in the early novels, but I think that Parker is starting to separate them at this point.
I enjoyed the psychological discussions of why she did what she did and why she is the way she is. It added another layer to the character.
