This is the first book I've read by this author. I thought the plot was very different. Being that it was published 12 years ago, Internet usage wasn't as widespread as it is now. The story revolves around a killer that is seeking out women on an Internet community. He woos them, they fall for him and agree to meet him in person. This is how he gets his victims. The FBI gets involved in order to catch him. I enjoyed this book well enough to read more by this author.
