This book kept me up all night so that I could finish it. Actually, any of Michael Palmer's books can do that to me. You might want to add him to your favorite mystery writers list.

I am a big fan of Michael Palmer. This one had unexpected twists, action, drama, little romance and mystery (of course!).
In the tiny town of Patience, California, newcomer Dr. Abby Dolan has noticed a frightening syndrome among her emergency room patients. It begins with a baffling, seemingly minor set of symptoms, but builds relentlessly until it plunges its victims into insane, murderous rages. As she searches for clues to this deadly mystery, Abby's superiors make it clear her probing is unwelcome.
A must read book, I loved it.
Very good medical thriller. This one has a strong female main character and a frigtening premise that makes one a little scared to visit a hospital anytime soon. I have enjoyed
other books by Michael Palmer as well.
I have enjoyed most of Michael Palmer's books. Usually pretty clean and while suspenseful, not overly "dark".

I like a good thriller, and I don't mind if it's not great literature, but I thought this one was a little silly at times. That said, it held my interest with a lot of action, so I'm not sorry I read it.
Wonderful book! I reccommend this book to anyone!
