A very heartfelt family drama, that is wonderfully written.

A really well written story of family connections and emotions. Jane gave up a daughter for adoption when she was young and comes back to her home town years later. Dylan has shattering memories from his life as a federal agent and he comes home to find peace working his family's apple orchard.

Again, Luanne Rice takes topics we've read about a million times before and some how still manages to hold our interest. And she never gives us a cheesy ending, anything forced or fake. It's as real as real life can get. I'd recommend this book for anyone who enjoys romance or family stories. The story keeps you interested and the characters endear themselves to you.

Very good story about starting over and getting past mistakes made early in life. I enjoyed this book very much. A hard one to put down.

I loved it. I had to choose between adoption and keeping my babies so it made me see what it might have been like had I given them up. It was a really touching story.
