Book Description:
At thirty-seven, Christine Moore had a world-class case of burnout: frustrating career, a few dead-end romances, and a less-than-perfect figure. Little did she know her life was about to change completely....

"Come out of the shadows, Christine. You've spent far too much time hiding in shadows." The man who spoke to her was gorgeous -- long sable hair, faded T-shirt, black motorcycle jacket -- all astride a 1340cc Harley-Davidson, mysteriously parked on a moonlit beach near her home. Christine was inexplicably drawn to this stranger -- who seemed to know everything about her -- and as a sweet serenity settled over her, she surrendered to his words: "We have a lot of work to do, but it won't feel like work. It will feel quite wonderful."

So begins Christine's journey, a voyage of the spirit that frees her to appreciate each precious moment of life -- and reveals to her six wondrous precepts that lead to the deepest peace and fulfillment we can ever know. For every woman whose heart has ever been broken, but who believes in her soul that real happiness can be found, God On A Harley has arrived. Need a lift?

I have a hard time with fiction these days however, I have read this book and it is an interesting way to look at how God works. This book uses a near middle aged woman with a string of “failures” to show us how God works in our lives when we are ready to receive what he has for us. There are no biblical quotes or anything that some people may find intimidating or in your face so to speak. This is just a story that many people will find easily relatable.

When the student is ready the teacher will appear... This quote is nowhere in the book but it explains how this book found its way into my life and made something click. Going through a rough patch in my life this book just jumped off the shelf at me. It is short and sweet - but gives you plenty to think about. I read through is quickly the first time and now I am rereading it - this is something I very seldom if ever do. It really hit home for me. I definitely recommend!!

What a fast read (big type and only 147 pages) and what a wake up call to how I'm living my life. This book totally was talking to me (especially since the main character and I share the same name) and I had to agree with everything that was being said. Very well written book - HIGHLY recommend it to everyone.

A very simple book that makes you smile in the end and also makes you think about your own life and what you are doing with it.

This book is NOT Christian. It states that even God is not perfect, but is continually evolving just like everybody else. What rot! Reader be aware.
