The story of Jenny Cockell, who had known for as long as she could remember that she had lived before. Her prior life was spent as Mary Sutton, a young Irishwoman who died over twenty years before Jenny was born.
Mary Sutton died, leaving several young children and Jenny sets out to find her "other family".
In a voice that leaves no doubt as to the truth of her story, Cockell tells of her search for those children and within that - her search for her own true self.
Good one!
The author, Jenny Cockell, spent her whole life burdened with the memories, confused concerns and haunting fears of a life that was not her own. As Ms. Cockell's search for answers trudged slowly forward over many years, memory after memory was confirmed, strengthening her suspicions that reincarnation and the survival of the soul after death truly existed.
Whether you believe in the concept of past lives and reincarnation or prefer to believe that the dead can simply "speak" to us through living mediums, this book will certainly provide comfort that death is not an ending and that love will always find a way, even if it's "Across Time and Death".

This is a very good book about how memories from a previous life can be remembered and proven. Jenny went to great lengths to prove to her self that the memories were real and convince many others as well. She was also able to resolve some of the unresolved feelings of hurt that were impressed upon her from this previous life.
I read this book several years ago and loved it. Well, I read it again and still do! Quick and easy to read, which for me is a necessity. I would recommend this book!
I really enjoyed reading this book. It is a memoir written from a woman who grew up with memories of another lifetime, even when she was a child. She was even able to draw maps of the village she lived in and the house she lived in. Eventually she went looking for this place. Found it, and found those who were once her children, although they are older than her now. A memory of a soul.
Not nearly as interesting as I had hoped it would be.

Very interesting case for life- after-death/re-incarnation. Jenny Cockell had always had memories of a past life but when when she finds personal proof she's amazed and torn.... This is book 1-her second book that follows this(same cont. story)Past Lives/Future Lives is also listed on my bookshelf.
this is a book I have read several times couldn't put it down
An interesting and believable story.
