This book explains the various body types and the exercises that are good and BAD for each type. For people who have been exercising and haven't seen their shape change, read this! It works! My daughter and I are having great success with the program. I think the author's later book, Escape Your Shape, is even better. It is an update of this books principles, with extra information based on experience and user feedback.

i bought all his book and actually trained WITH HIM and it was horrible... we would work out 4 days a week, 2 hours a day, for about a year.. and i saw no real improvement. i think it was a load of crock. the only improvement i saw was that i can lift more weights and do more squats... but my weight wasnt budging. after leaving him, i worked out on my own and in 1hr a day, 4 days a week, i dropped 20 lbs and have drastically improved in every aspect...

i'd stay away and recommend reading military exercise books, they show you faster results!

if you want to know the 2 fitness favorites... its bench pressing/inclined bench presses and angled weighted squats
