Lots of great research about the negative effects of refined sugars and refined grains. Great behavior modification techniques.

Ignore the suggestions about increased animal protein, which has been shown to increase the risk of cancer, heart disease, osteoporosis, etc. Instead, uses the author's techniques to wean yourself onto whole plant foods.
