Former FBI profiler Pierce Quincy's marriage is on the rocks, but things go from bad to worse when his wife, Rainie, goes missing. A kidnapper soon contacts Quincy with a somewhat unusual ransom demand, leaving Quincy and the investigation team with no choice but to play the kidnapper's game to keep Rainie alive. This was my first experience with the characters, Pierce Quincy and Rainie Connor, but it won't be my last. I really enjoyed this CD book. The narration is good too.
