A sweet and amusing tale of Sterling Brooks, on Earth a selfish man, who has been trying to get into Heaven for over 40 years. A celestial council gives him a chance to redeem himself and sends him back to earth to help someone in need. At Rockefeller Center, he finds a grieving child who doesn't understand why her father and grandmother left her so abruptly and won't come home. There's a bit of villainous comedy relief in this one.

Sterling Brooks has been in the Celestial Waiting Room for 46 years, waiting for his admission to heaven. Just before Xmas, he's summoned before the Heavenly Council and found unworthy. He's given the chance to go back to Earth and help someone to redeem himself. Sterling meets Marissa, a 7-year old whose parents are in the Witness Protection Program. Sterling devises a plan to reunite Marissa with her family in time for Xmas!
This is a heartwarming tale of redemption and love!
