Not an impulse buy, but it was an impulse when I checked it out of the library. It's a bit dense, and heavy on the Irish terms, so it can take a while to get through, but it's so worth it.

I enjoyed this one so much that I'm looking forward to reading the second book of the Cloudmages series.
