Series sleuth Melanie Travis (Unleashed), a teacher and dog handler, goes in search of the sometime wedding consultant she recommended to her brother and his fiance. The consultant apparently vanishes in the midst of preparations, but when her cottage burns down, a woman's body is found.

I just LOVE Melanie Travis Mysteries, and this is as good as the rest. It's not the best book to start with because you are coming in mid-story into Melanie and her life (fiance Sam has left--and in this book you don't know what a great guy he is. And Aunt Peg is being surprisingly nice--but you wouldn't know that unless you'd already gotten to know Aunt Peg). These books are really good, fun reads. And I'm virtually always surprised at the end. You think you know whodunnit, but no! And then no again!

Cute and funny. Has some sizzle to it and a good twist in this romantic mystery
