Strictly informational. I was happy to see a chapter on the top 10 physicians excuses. And you know #1 is "But you're too young to be going through this." At 50, my grandmother had no symptoms whatsoever. At 42, my mother thought she was pregnant! Recently, I've been having symptoms such as night sweats, insomnia, slight weight gain. What did my doctor say? That's why I decided to become proactive by reading as much as possible and treating this myself. This is just one of the books I found informative.
