Book Description:
Return to Blessing, North Dakota, with the story of Andrew Bjorklund and Ellie Wold. After graduating in May of 1900, the two make plans to marry once the harvest is over and their new house is finished. Ellie and Andrew have been waiting to get married since childhood. Then just before their wedding, a neighbor accidentally gets Ellie near-killed, and in a fit of rage, Andrew beats the neighbor so badly he nearly dies, and ends up in jail. Will this be the end of Andrew and Ellie's future together?

Tammy E. (This is a great series. Great historical romance written by a great author. A must read!
This was the first book in a series that built on a previous series I did not read. I was a little lost in the beginning, because the characters had a history I was unfamilliar with. Once I figured out what was going on I liked the book.
Jennifer M. (This book took me a few weeks to read. I had a hard time getting into it. But once the middle half of the book was read it seemed to pick up and then it went quick!
What a great continuation of Snelling's series of the Red River.
