Denise didn't tell me anything I didn't find out through other books. In fact, since I read a lot of books about pre, peri, and menopause, the information was almost identical regarding foods. What is great about this book are the pictures of Denise doing all of the exercises. It's heard to gauge if you're doing these correctly if you're by yourself. But I solved that problem by doing them in front of a mirror! That was my AH-HA moment!
