This book is about a USAF captain, Miranda Morgan, and a lethal cross fire in Afghanistan where her best friend, Ty Keene, is killed. The story also involves mysterious rune stones on her property that are being studied by a physics professor and his team. Interesting characters and plot. I would rate it as a good book - I read it in one day.
Really good book by an author I'd never read before.! Held my attention from the first page!
