Book Description:
Two classic holiday stories by "New York Times" bestselling author Macomber celebrate a sense of home, family, and the joy of the season.

The Forgetful Bride

Caitlin Marshall's trying to go home to Minnesota, but at the last minute she gives her airline ticket to a stranded soldier. So Cait spends Christmas with Joe Rockwell, who was a childhood friend -- and is still a terrible tease, claiming that Cait's his wife. Oh, sure, they were "married" in a pretend ceremony when she was eight, but now Joe wants to make their "marriage" real!

When Christmas Comes

Emily Springer trades her Leavenworth, Washington, home for Charles Brewster's Boston condo. Then Emily's friend Faith comes to visit her in Washington -- and instead finds Charles, a complete stranger and a curmudgeon, to boot. His brother, Ray, meanwhile shows up at Charlie's place, only to discover Emily living there. But through all the mix-ups and misunderstandings, among the chaos and confusion, romance begins to emerge . . .

Two stories in 1. The first is about Caitlin trying to get home for christmas, she ends up giving her plane ticket to a stranded soldier. So she is stuck spending the holidays with a childhood friend she hasnt seen in years. The second story is about a Single mom named Emily who trades homes for the holidays so she can spend christmas with her daughter who is away at college. Well the daughter had plans of her own. Well they both get visitors that did not know about the house swap. Its sweet, romantic and funny. One of Macomber's better books. ( all her books are great though)

Two sweet, romantic, humorous stories for the holidays. Perfect for curling up in a big, comfy chair with hot chocolate on a Saturday afternoon. I really enjoyed this book a lot!

Two fun Holiday stories. In the first Caitlin MArshall thinks she is in love with her boss. She finds a guy doing the remodeling at her office is a childhood friend that she once "married" as a kid. He annouces it to the entire office. Dying of embarrasement, things only get worse as he wears her down and makes her face what she refuses to see.

The second story is a fun story where a mixup of house swapping for the holidays creates romance for several great people.

I loved these 2 stories but When Christmas Comes was excellent, similar to the movie The Holiday with Cameron Diaz....
