A parent's worse nightmare come true...In May, 1988, in Everett, Washington, 4 year old Feather Rahier disappeared while playing outside after dinner. Her frantic cries drew Feather's mother to the dark garage that was home to Richard Matthew Clark. Clark had stolen the child, bound and gagged her, and begun to undress her. Only at the last instant was the little girl saved by her mother's desperate intervention. The next victim wouldn't be so fortunate.

This book is a good argument for lifetime prison sentences for child sexual abusers. They don't get cured or regret their crimes. They don't look any different than you or me, so teach your children not to "help" look for lost puppy or "help" hurt stranger, but to run home & call police to help stranger.

It is amazing what people will do to other people. It is even more amazing what they will do to children. Roxie Doll deserved to live to be an adult. Richard Matthew Clark took that away from her.

This is a sad book, makes you want to keep your kids close forever.

Very sad story about Roxanne Doll a sweet 7 year old girl, murdered and raped by a family friend.

My neibor liked it but I read 2 chapers and couldn't read anymore I guess it bothered me so much cause I have a 7 yr old

True crime. A small 7 yr old girld is abducted from her bedroom, not to be discovered until the next day.
