This action-packed book takes the reader on a treasure hunt investigation in Atlanta to uncover the identity of a rapist-killer. It's a good suspense novel with enough action to keep you interested!

Mechelle Deakes, a police officer in Atlanta, Georgia, wakes to find herself alone and blind.
A retired officer, Hank Gooch, is contacted regarding Mechelle's disappearance when a rookie notices some odd coincidences.
And a recorded voice tells Mechelle that she has 13 hours to solve a cold case, a woman raped and murdered 18 years previous and gather enough information to convict the killer or she will die.
A good, fast paced story.

Excellent, Can't put down suspense book. Get's you right at the beginning and builds up until the end. I recommend this book to anyone that likes a good mystery/suspense book. She was a new author for me, but, I found her writing of this book wonderful. She is definitely on my "must have" list for future reading.

A blinded police officer is held in a secure room while her former partner, now retired, is called upon to effect her rescue. Lots of action and great details.
