Karen G. (The American Story as George Washington dies and the two party political system begins. Part of a great series by Nevin.
Michael O. (Historical fiction at it's finest. David Nevin leaves no stone unturned in bringing the characters of our nations founding to life. "The American story" is a three book series beginning with the death of George Washington and ending with Ole Hickory's crushing blow to the redcoats at New Orleans in 1814. "Eagles Cry" the first of the American Story, is the story of a young nation struggling for it's very existance. Jefferson and Madison through force of will, character, determination and pure old luck hold the nation together. I can't say it enough, Great books.
