This book explains clearly and simply the health concerns of women as we get older. It gave lots of information without having an agenda to push, for example there was a chapter which explained taking hormones, giving both the positives and negatives. This was followed by a chapter focusing on other alternatives available.

It was recommended on the Today show and sounded good, but I never got around to reading it.
