A prequel, of sorts, to Almost Dead.....

If you like romance and mystery, then go get this book now. I have read everything Lisa Jackson has written and this is my favorite. When Marla wakes up in the hospital after a car accident,(or was it) she has to rely on the man that says he is her husband, although she does not remember him.Her memory has been wiped away, but she knows enough to know that something is wrong and that she is in danger for her life. She puts all her trust into her husbands renegade brother and together they set out to find out who is trying to kill her. Before you read the last few pages, you will have suspected everyone.If you have never read a book by Lisa, this is a good place to start.

I've just discovered this author ...and she's great. Keeps you guessing to the very end ....

Lisa Jackson writes suspenseful family dramas and this book is no exception. Marla Cahill survives a horrible accident, but she ends up with amnesia and she is not sure who she is. She turns to her brother in law Nick to help her solve the mystery and figure out who is trying to kill her. Hard to put down and nicely woven plot that was hard to figure out until the end.

Lisa Jackson is one of my favorite authors. This book was great. Marla Cahill survived a deadly accident but she can't remember anything about her life before. As she starts piecing together the truth of her identity she wonders if she's really Marla Cahill or someone else. Is someone trying to kill her or is it her imagination?

Marla Cahill has survived a terrible car accident, which has left her face severly scared and she has no memory of her life before the accident. She feels as if something is terribly wrong and she is not really who her family says she is. This book will keep you reading until the mystery is solved. I couldnt put it down.
