5 stars! From the description I didn't think I would like it but wow was I wrong! Didn't want it to end. Hannah Howell has such a way with characters and this book also has some very cute & funny moments - making it a "keeper".

I love any books about the Highlands! The rugged characters of the highland books are so interesting.

I thought that books were ok. I was not real crazy about the author.
