Book Description:

Miles away from the hectic city, Reed and Rebecca hike into the beautiful Northwestern woods. They're surrounded by gorgeous mountains, waterfalls, and hundreds of acres of unspoiled wilderness.

But something-or someone-begins closing in on them. Something no human has ever seen. And it's killing everyone in its path without remorse.

Best-selling author Frank Peretti has sold more than 12 million novels about angels, demons, and dragons. That was just the warm-up.

From the master of suspense and supernatural thrillers comes the season's hottest page-turner.

Be warned: this monster's got teeth.

What an amazing story! The book sucks you in from the very beginning and never lets you go, your right there, in the middle of it all, you can feel it, taste it, smell it, and fear it! And who would of thought, this book is classified as a christian based work of fiction! I will definitly be reading more from Peretti!

Peretti takes it to a whole other level in this novel. Keep the light on - you'll be up all night to finish this one.

Wonderful, suspenseful, amazing and terrific come to mind when rating this book! I think that the writing on this book is outstanding and the storyline is just great. I read this one and then handed it to my daughter and then mom; each one of us could not put this one down. That is how good this book was.

Different from Peretti's other books, it seems to me.
Begins suspensfully. You be the judge.

I had hear many good things about this book, so I ordered it. I really enjoyed the story and even recommended it to a few friends. Well, last night at Bible study, one of my friends started talking about a Christian author named Frank Pereti and how she read a few of his books and really enjoyed them. I was so surprised! I didnt even realize when I was reading it, that he is a Christian author. It kind of puts a new perspective on it and I want to go back and reread! I also will be ordereing more books by him!

This was a great story, however 1/2 way through it, I realized that I had read it before.
I hate when that happens. But finished it and still thought it was worth reading again.

Are they really monsters? Peretti had me wondering through out the book. Monsters are in the eye of the beholder.
