If you enjoy a romance novel for the romance itself, love slowly being discovered, then this is the book to read. There are no love scenes, but rather a simple, basic love story that touches your heart. I really enjoyed this book and hope to read the other volumes.
Terrific story about how time and the love of God and man heals you after a terrible tragedy.

My cover looks different from this one, but it's the same book. This is a wonderful story, full of love, Christian growth, and dealing with hard circumstances by meeting them with faith. Not to mention the whole prairie-western thing! :) This book was made into the first of three Hallmark movies and is the first in a series of three books. It's wonderful!
A tragic accident, a grief-stricken young widow, a lonely father and child --- a tender story of two hearts broken by despair finding wholeness through patience, loyalty and faith in God.
