Wicca has always interested me. I am not a solitary practioner of Wicca. However, I do think that this book would serve as good reference, supplementary reading for people who are interested in learning more about becoming solitary practioners of Wicca. This book assumes that the reader has already learned the basics of Wiccan beliefs and practices, not a sufficient instructional guide to becoming a solitary practioner on its own, but, as its subtitle reads, a further guide for the solitary practioner. For those interested in learning more about Wiccan traditions, this book is loaded with suggested reading. I like the author's message that Wicca is an open religion, available to all interested people, will read more by Scott Cunningham.

GREAT BOOK!! I think I have a copy of almost every book by Scott Cunningham - he wrote with such easy style (no mumbo jumbo for him!). If I were allowed to recommend only one author to someone starting on this path,it would most surely be Scott Cunningham!!

Another great book from Scott Cunnihgham. This one expands on "Wicca" A guide for the Solitary Practitioner. Lots of great info for a beginner written by a kind, gentle teacher. I'm only letting this go because I own another copy.

Scott Cunningham was an invaluable teacher for isolated beginning Wiccans and witches. Many advanced practitioners call his work "fluffy," but a surprising number of them began with his work. In his own words on this book: "I've written this book as a guide not only to Wiccan practice, but to Wiccan life."

A guide for the solitary witch that teaches how to become your own high priestess. This is the follow up to Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary practitioner.
