Book Description:
Granddaughter of the sorceress Kethry, daughter of a noble house, Kerowyn had been forced to run the family keep since her mother's untimely death. Jennifer R. (Of all the Valdemar books I've read, this is probably my least favorite (along with "Arrows of the Queen" trilogy). With her being in a mercenary guild, you'd think it'd be a little more exciting, but it was just incredibly dull.
A book the includes the Heralds but is about someone else - weaves well with the other series
Another great read by Lackey. I've already begun the "winds" trilogy to continue Kero's tale...
Swords, warriors, mages, and tales, this woman warrior will take you along on her journey to awaken her powers of magic.
Great story in the Valdemar series. It's like reading 3 books in one and with a very surprising ending.

Kerowyn is one of my favorite of the Valdemar characters. This book doesn't disappoint--at least from my point of view.
