A daily journal that is incredibly helpful those who feel co-dependent, scared, anxious, or just out-of-sorts. Calming, logical, and understanding, Melody Beattie really makes the reader feel like she's there for you, and explains that everything will turn out for the best, including our mistakes.
The book that I have has a different cover than the one depicted, but it is the same book. Melody Beattie reiterates the fundamentals of codependency recovery in this book of meditation. Even those who do not live with an addict can gain insight into relationships and their part in them.
Good, insightful information for anyone.
