Book Description:
"Using the first few chapters of this book as a guide, a woman will find she can easily identify her infertile and fertile days. All she needs to do is watch for the natural signs her body provides.
Observing the signals takes about a minute per day, and learning to use them takes only one or two cycles."

This little book with helpful illustrations lays out the basic knowledge needed to practice Natural Family Planning- effective for avoiding a pregnancy, and helpful in getting pregnant, depending on the desires of the couple.

Everyone should own this book; either to avoid becoming pregnant without harsh medicines or to become pregnant!

A classic book about women's hormone cycles. Tells how to avoid or achieve pregnancy by following the woman's hormone cycles by simple observation (no expensive disposable kits are necessary to use these methods). I found it very interesting also as it is so in tune with hormone cycles and women which I feel is not written enough about and is not taught to women or girls.

An excellent, easy to understand book on understanding your body's fertility signals, including cervical fluid (mucus) and BBT (basal body temperature). This book includes info on both achieving and avoiding pregnancy.
