The entire message of this book is this:

There is no diet for ADD/ADHD. Through a process of elimination, figure out which food(s) agravate your child's behaviors, and avoid them. There, you've read the book.

I liked this book because it spoke to me at a "human/Mom" level which I preferred over the physician level. It takes into account that each child is unique and should be treated so. It also approachess ADD/ADHD at a non-drug level which is where I wanted to start. I got alot out of this little book and and it helped me alot at a hard and confusing time to do the next right thing for my child.

WOW!! This book hit the nail on the head for me! It had me on the edge of my seat and right down in my own puddle of tears! It made me feel reassured that SOMEONE else knew what I was feeling, dealing with, going threw, overwhelmed by, and that it was ok! I wasn't going crazy, losing it, lazy, or stupid. It was a relief that I could understand how to Treat and Control my ADD. This is a very informative book to understanding someone with ADD and A.D.H.D. I would recommend this book to anyone who Really wants to understand ADD and A.D.H.D.!
