"This was a strange and very different book. At page 75 I was still trying to decide if I wanted to finish reading it. Now after finishing it, I'm still unsure if I liked it or not. It did get good after page 100. I just don't know about it. Try it for yourself and see."

"I really loved this book. Anything written by Lorna Landvik has to be wonderful. She makes the characters come to life and seem so real. She is one of my favorite authors. I also really loved Patty Jane's House of Curls."

"I loved this book. Thought it was going to be another cheesy paranormal book, but it turned out to have a good mystery to it."

"This was a very good book. Although written in the '50s it still holds up today. It has a suprising ending that makes you say, "Oh my!" It does not end the same as the movie if you have seen that."

"This was a fun easy read. It was very predictable in places in the story, but still very good. The characters were likable and believeable. I would love to live in a small town like the one in the book. I enjoyed this book much more than i thought I would."

"This is a wonderful book. It starts a little slow, but picks up quickly and sucks you right in. It has many unexpected and surprising twists. Be careful because it will make you want to eat cheese the whole time you are reading it. A Must Read!"

"I really wanted to like this book more. It started off pretty slow. I was just about to stop reading it when it got really good. Major questions came up that I couldn't wait to be addressed. The problems was those questions were never addressed and they were major questions. Then it got slow again and just ended with nothing answered."

"This book read like a porno movie. The only thing missing was the teenage pizza boy. There was barely a story. If you like that kind of book then you'll love this book. It just wasn't my kind of book."

"MaryJanice Davidson is one of my favorite authors. This book is good but not as good as the books in her Queen Betsy series."

"I love all of Suzanne Elizabeth's time travel novels. They are an easy fun read. You should read all of them this summer."

"You have to read the book before you see the movie. The book is so much better than the movie. I wouldn't even bother watching the movie. They cut so much out of the book when they made the movie."

"It was a cute book written in diary style. It was predictable and a fast read but enjoyable. There were parts that I actually did laugh out loud."

"I normally love books by Philippa Gregory. This book I could not even finish. Skip this one and read another one of her books."

"This was the book that made me decide that I'd never finish a book again that I didn't like. I read every word of this book and suffered through the whole thing. Too many good books out there to read this."

"I was surprised how much I loved this book. It only took me two days to read it. I was so engrossed that I read it while I cooked and ate. Wonderful characters and it keeps you guessing to the end."

"I so wanted to love this book. It seemed right up my ally. To tell the turth I couldn't even finish it. It started out very slow and the Scottish accent was just oo much to think about. I want to get lost in a story not figure it out."

"This was the story of a travel agent turned detective. It took me a while to read and was slow at parts. i probably wouldn't read another book in the series, but it's up to you. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't for me."

"I love this book. This is the only Danielle Steel book that I've read. It weaves in and out of the past and present. Easy to read."
