I found this series to be different than most Amish books. It gave a more realistic picture of the difference between their religion and true Christianity and showed why it is so difficult for the Amish to convert. I enjoyed this book much more than I have other Amish fiction because it was more realistic and also more unique.

There is plenty of action, as well as romance, and all set in an accurate historical setting.

A practical and fun way to learn about the history of England. Enjoy mystery and romance at the same time that you learn how the temper and wiles of Henry VIII affected his subjects as well as his wives.

For those who have read the previous books in the series, this is a must-read completion of the story. It is just as well written as the previous books. I couldn't wait to read it, and I didn't want to put it donw once I had started.
