"A very helpful tool for me in terms of dealing with past and present controlling people issues, as well as identifying my own tendencies with control and how that effects others. A must read for anyone under the weight of a controlling person. Not all control tactics look alike and some are disguised in ways you might not see. This book helps identify several ways that people try to control others and what the victims can do about it."
