I absolutely love Marius so this book is possibly my favorite next to 'The Vampire Armand' You get his story and all the pain he's had to go through as the keeper of Akasha and just all the things he's lived. Marius definetaly makes history interesting.

I got this book as a gift and initially doubted it and didn't want to read it but I'm so glad I did. It's an amazing story. It's so real that you can't help but feel whatever the characters are feeling. I really recommend it! It definetaly made me think twice about Tan's work.

I was absolutely so sad to see this movie. If you're buying this book after seeing the movie you're in for what I hope is a pleasant surprise. The book was much better than the movie. Isn't it always? It just captured everything more vividly. Seeing the Kingdom of Terabithia come to life in the movie isn't the same as feeling it live in the book.

The second book I've read by Tan and it did not let me down. It was a wonderful story about family ties and trials. It takes you back to the past and mystery and myths. I loved it.

I enjoyed the book, despite my hate for Merricks' character. She is a woman though, always scheming and such.

This book isn't great but it is good. There are alot of twists (maybe too many) and such to keep you entertained. If you liked the first book are or a fan of Rhodes you'll definetaly like this one.

I think this book is my favorite. I absolutely love Armand so I enjoyed reading all of his story. It all sort of emotions in a sexy wrapper. If you liked what you read about Armand in tid bits of the other books you won't be let down when you read this and if you haven't already you should also read Marius' story, 'Blood and Gold.'
