"I absolutely love David Golemon's books! The reason I never give his books a 5 star rating is because the adventures start out very slowly. It always takes a third of the book to set the scene and do all the back ground stuff before the actual excitement begins. I read a lot and I love books that give you all the detail stuff....but a third of the book (about 150 pages) really puts a strain on a reader to hang in there. If you hang in there....the stories are well worth it! The Ancients is a wonderful story about Atlantis and what would happen if a "Hitler" type of race actually lived among us and continued to take over control of the world. The "why" in how did Atlantis disappear is facinating to say the least. So, if you are tenacious...then go for it....a fantastic read......you just won't believe what happens to the Event Group!"

"This is a fantastic book! Anyone that is above size 14/16 and wants to look terrific and sews...well this is the book for you. You learn how to make a blueprint for figure flattering garments. You learn to interpret fashion for today for the plus sized figure so you DON't look like a teen-ager! There is a great section that talks abou slopers and how to grade for the plus sized figure. And, if you ever wanted to know how the plus size body proportions increas per size...this is the book for you. You can always look and feel great in your clothes. A must have for anyone that sews!"
