This is the first in a trilogy about 3 sisters. This is Constance's story of finding love. It was a fun read with multiple characters and story lines all coming together. The next two books are "The Bride Hunt" and "The Wedding Game". This is my first book by Jane Feather and I am glad I took a chance.
Book Description: Teenage couple drops off a child at the Blessing estate. The caretaker and the matriarch of the estate agree to keep the child and take care of it. "Blessings explores how the secrets of the past affect decisions and lives in the present; what makes a person or a life legitimate or illegitimate and who decides; and the unique resources people find in themselves and in a community."
This one was my favorite out of the the 3 in this series. It is a quick read and fun. The story tracks how indifference can turn to love between Lord Brasleigh and Miss Bella Lowe. They both play each other only to discover they can't live without each other.
This is the second book in a series about 3 Englishmen who are given an blessing from a Gypsy of finding true love. Great quick fun read. "A Bride for Lord Challord" and "A Bride for Lord Brasleigh" are the other two books in the Bride series.
This was another great book by Lori Foster. She can always great such lovable characters that you can't get enough. This book was about Dean "Havoc" Conor who meets up with his two sisters after years apart. Then he meets his sister's friend Eve. During the book he has to come to terms with his relationship with his sisters, win Eve's heart, and expose a criminal who is trying to hurt his family.
From back of book: "Rewarding job as a local doctor on Cape Cod? Check. Cute cottage of her very own? Check. Adorable puppy suitable for walks past attractive locals? Check! All she needs is for golden boy and former crush Joe Carpenter to notice her, and Millie will be set."
Millie ends up finding out that the perfection that she saw in Joe Carpenter was not want she really wants. Sam Nickerson actually has all the qualities she wants from a man, but her sister just dumped him.
I enjoyed reading this book. It was fun, and easy to understand how the character feels about things in her life.
This is the 3rd in "The Buckhorn Brothers" series.
Gabe the youngest of the brothers is a chick magnet, but meets his match when he thinks he finds a red head that can resist him. Elizabeth can't resist Gabe, but she's not at all sure what to do with him.
Quick read especially if you love NASCAR. Has a little mystery thrown in for fun.
Lisa Woodrow (daugther of team owner) is hiding out from a convict back at her parents home, but she ends up going to races with ex-fiance', Wade, to protect her parents and herself. Wade and Lisa find that sparks still fly between them and the eventually end up admitting it to each other.
This is a great book from Lori Foster as usual. This one follows the Jamie from 4 previous novels from her, plus includes the same characters in this book. Even though you don't have to read the 4 previous ones you would be missing out on great stories if you don't. "Just a Hint, Clint"; "Say no to Joe"; "When Bruce met Cyn"; and the story of Bryan are the 4 previous.
This book is the last in "The Buckhorn Brothers" series. It is about Jordan the second to youngest brother. He has a voice that women die to hear and a gentle touch with animals. Then he meets Georgia - single mom and exotic dancer (which he hates). During the course of the story Jordan tries to convince Georgia that he wants her, wants to help her, and will not hurt her or her kids. Once Georgia admits she wants him there is no holding back.
Fun, sexy, and quick. I can't wait for the "Casey" book to come out in September.
This is the second in "The Buckhorn Brothers". Another fun and sexy read by Lori Foster.
This book is about Morgan who ends up with Misty Malone who is the sister of Honey Malone from "Sawyer". Morgan and Misty are both fiesty characters and are explosive together. Misty is the only one who can actually handle Morgan and ends up taming him.
This was my first time I read anything by Ian McEwan, but I am extremely impressed. At times the book can be hard to follow, it is creatively written. The characters are shown with all of their own flaws. At the end, I sat thinking about how one moment can change your whole life. Great book.
This is the first book in "The Buckhorn Brothers" series by Lori Foster. Sawyer is the oldest of 4 brothers who are all hard body handsome kind men. In this book, Honey Malone crashes her car into the brother's lake leading to a passionate love with Sawyer.
Fun, quick to read, and sexy. Another great by Lori Forter, but don't miss "Morgan", "Gabe", and "Jordan" in the remaining stories about the brothers.
