"Very intriguing base idea for a story. I read books one and two, but this could have stood alone."

"Although it's meant for younger readers, I fell in love with it when I was 24. A great story about a young hero in a futuristic military world. I plan to read more of this series, but it seems to stand alone as a one-time read."

"Out of the five or so books I used when planning my wedding three years ago, this was my favorite. I planned my wedding in just four months, so this book was specialized to my time constraint. My wedding was beautiful, so I'd say the book is a success!"

"Excellent real life story of a young girl with AIDS. This is taken directly from her diary so it really pulls at the heart strings. This story has really stayed with me. With so many medical shows on tv that focus on science and techology, it is nice to read about the person who is sick. Bittersweet."

"It's been a while since I read Lurlene McDaniel's books, but they have left a lasting impression on me. Hers are sweet, touching stories and a quick read. Her books are about terminally ill patients whose last wishes come true through the One Last Wish Foundation. With so many science and technology based shows on television now, a look at the human side of love and suffering is a fresh breath!"

"Excellent story about a girl who nannies for a rich family in New York. It was similar to a real experience I had in the past nannying for a family."
