"What can I say? I just love Bob Lee Swagger, even if he is getting old. He hasn't lost it. Not that he's looking for trouble these days, he just attracts it. Taking care of trouble is what he does."

"I find Caleb Carr's work to be interesting, well researched and thought out. I always enjoy his books."

"This book is fast paced and interesting reading. I would class it with Steve Berry and Dan Brown for pace and keeping interest. What you must suspend your beliefs about is the that the main character, a CIA agent, would be working so closely with a non-agent who is the other main character, and would be so loosely monitored by the Agency. Other than that, the book is worth a 4 star rating. Based in large part upon true incidents and contemporary thinking the novel is believable in it's basis and well written."

"I have never read Tess Gerritsen before so I don't know if this is her normal style but this book was a back and forth of today and historical Boston. It follows a chance encounter with a skeleton back to a series of murders in early 1800's Boston. I think it was well written and skillfully done. I think Tess Gerritsen is a solid writer whom I would read again without hesitation. I did not guess the ending, which I'm usually good at, so I bet you won't either. Enjoy. It's worth the read."

"Although Cotton Malone seems to be finding more trouble as a bookseller than he might have as an agent, well, James Bond seemed to do just as well. These books are well written, well researched and thoroughly enjoyable spy type thrillers. I suspect that they will continue on my must read list until Steve Berry stops writing them."

"Great read! Interesting concept for the plot. Lots of action and great characters, although not what you would expect for an action novel. Forsyth is an excellent writer and will not disappoint."

"Rollins books are fun, well researched and well written. A little 'out there' in terms of believable plot, but that's ok. Like I said, they are fun to read."

"Dean Koontz is not on my list of favorite authors but someone had given me this book and eventually I read it. It kept my interest and I have ordered the sequel to see what happens to the main character, so that says something good about the author. What I'm not too into is the genre. I'd say the writing is good, if not inspired and not excellent. I know he is popular and I wish him good will but I still won't be paying good money to actually buy these books."

"A pretty typical Stone Barrington novel. I enjoy them but somehow there's never anything terribly new in these plots. A quick and fun read."

"If only Juan Cabrillo and the Oregon were real, maybe we WOULD see the Dali Lama restored to Tibet! Of course, it takes a lot of planning and split second execution and sometimes a Plan B but Juan and his team manage to pull it off. Getting there is the fun for us readers! A classic Cussler and a great read."

"To those who love the Camel Club: get ready....this has got to be the most involved, twisted plot and exciting book to date! This has pushed the Camel Club up several notches in my estimation and it was already fairly high. You will learn more about John Carr (Oliver Stone) and his former life as a triple 6 agent into the bargain. This book gets an A+ from me, which is high since I read this genre all the time."

"I enjoyed this book but for Harlan Coben I thought it dragged a bit in places; maybe was not quite as believable as it could have been in some spots. I love his writing however, so I would tackle anything he wrote. This was let's say an 80% of his best books. Still good but not a page turner."

"A great read, keeps you going until the end. A courtroom mystery with a different twist. Romance, intrigue and a look inside the Washington power brokers. Although written several years ago, it's not dated at all. Up there with Grisham, Turow and Lescroart."

"Dismas and Glitsky are at it again in another enjoyable legal thriller. I found this one to be one of the better of this series. Lots of interesting ins and outs and a late denouement with a different ending for Glitsky. And during this novel, Glitsky gets a surprise that he deals with very well, even when something goes wrong. A very good read."

"A solid Alex Delaware novel. Interesting, well paced and a satisfying ending. What more do you want?!"

"I found this book to be attention holding and the premise believable. It reads like a modern tv drama show. That is, there is action and adventure as well as believable characters and of course, a few cliff hangers. Worth the read."

"I think this book has not lived up to it's hype. It was ok but weak, I thought. A story well told, but the story wasn't that interesting."

"This book is well worth reading. Those who are fans of John Sanford and the like will enjoy it. The fact that the prime character is a gay, black man is handled with no prejudice whatsoever, which is as it should be. There are no sexual scenes since they would have added nothing to the story and were not necessary. The story itself was riveting enough to keep me reading several times past the time I should have put the book down and tended to my own business. To me, that's the sign of a really good read. So, I can recommend this book without reservation to anyone to who likes adventure filled crime novels. You will not be disappointed."
