Horrible. I couldn't get past the first chapter, because the image of the father dropping his son was so awful. I can't get it out of my head and I wish I had never picked this book up.

Created to Be His Help Meet: Discover how God Can Make Your Marriage Glorious

If read rationally and with an open mind, this book is an excellent guide to a good marriage. However, if you decide before starting that Debi is recommending women be doormats, that's all you'll get from it. Read what she WROTE, not what you ASSUME.

I read this book shortly after becoming a step-mother to two preschoolers and while pregnant with my first child. I had no idea what I was doing as a parent, and this book helped me to gain some direction and confidence. I can't wait to read the next two books in the series!

Just a distillation of what every other conservative is saying. Most interesting if you've never read a political book before.

An excellent companion to any Bible study, especially the One Year Bible.
